Truth & Liberty Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

Position Purpose:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will coordinate and support marketing efforts using media, video, graphics, email, and other digital tools to support the vision and goals of Truth & Liberty under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager. This includes coordinating updates and campaigns for websites, conversion funnels, event promotions, social media, video editing, paid media, Google Analytics, and blogs, with the ability to create videos for digital needs. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

Essential Duties:

• Work alongside other teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and ongoing digital marketing that meets the goals and objectives of stakeholders.
• Manage social media accounts and create content for social media accounts.
• Project Management of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with designing digital media marketing campaigns aligned with organization goals.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and analysis on marketing ROI and KPIs across all digital marketing channels. Delivering actionable insights based on KPIs.
• Coordinate and create (as needed) digital content (e.g., videos, digital graphics, social media, emails, web pages, and blogs).
• Archive/organize digital content files so they are readily available for team members.
• Monitor and create email campaigns- designing, writing, and building emails as needed.
• Help establish a web presence to boost brand awareness.
• Stay up to date with digital media developments.
• Keeping up with competitors, industry trends, and updates on social media platforms.
• Help maintain YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook video shorts on all channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Adobe Suite for video editing and graphic design.
• Understanding of Paid Digital Media Ads and experience in building advertising programs.
• Understanding of HubSpot.
• Understanding of Mailchimp.
• Solid level understanding of marketing analytics, Google Analytics, and general performance reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and media editing software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints, is a plus.
• Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Must sign the Statement of Faith.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
• Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

• Experience in content creation is a plus.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in video editing.
• 2+ years’ experience in building conversion funnel landing pages.
• 2+ years’ experience in building emails, autoresponders, forms for proper tracking, and automated alerts for specific web traffic by users.
• 2+ years’ experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing tools.
• 2+ years’ experience in content creation is a plus.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
