Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.
The Role: You are a seasoned digital producer and thrive on being the driving force behind exceptional creative delivery, balancing the needs of the creative team with client objectives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest standard. You are proactive, relentless, and fearless, effortlessly leading from both the forefront and behind the scenes. You are an expert in process management, risk mitigation, and knowledgeable in the entire lifecycle of asset creation for user experience, brand, websites and campaigns. Your measure of success as a digital producer will be defined by your ability to effectively organize, plan, and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Role Highlights
- Organize, manage and deliver multiple high-profile digital projects for a portfolio of clients, from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries
- Work closely with business development, client engagement and project management teams to ensure alignment on project scope and estimating
- Partner with Creative Operations to confirm SoW and estimates are approved before work begins
- Collaborate across all divisions and creative departments, including Brand, Content, UX and Digital Design, to define and execute work
- Set-up and manage projects and resourcing in agency tools
- Gather client materials and participate and/or lead kick-off meetings
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of digital producer experience in an agency setting(required)
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment , juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, freelancers and vendors
- Extensive knowledge of diverse digital design assets, including wireframes, UI elements, design systems, logos, graphics, social media content, and motion animation
- Ability to work with creative teams to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI into the creative process to consistently bring fresh ideas to producing and project delivery
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Expert in project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, AirTable, etc.
Success After 90 Days Looks Like
- You have successfully integrated into the team, establishing yourself as a key player in driving a portfolio of projects.
- You are proactively solving problems, planning resources and ensuring deliverables are aligned with client objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000-$102,000/year – Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
- Evaluation of comp at least once a year
