Digital Marketing Web Developer Remote

Summary
Help us meet client business requirements with a fast-growing team executing both tactical and strategic email campaigns incorporating content systems, segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data-driven decisions. Optimize client email campaigns that are maintainable, scalable, and contribute to long-term client success.

Position Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Configure and set up relational data models
• Gather, report, and analyze marketing performance data
• Effectively create and manage email marketing programs, create and publish landing pages, website updates, and other digital marketing execution
• Implement A/B testing (landing pages, emails, and CTA’s)
• Work with the other marketing team members, as needed, to support client needs for task execution
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
• Retain training and direction from management
• Adhere to company policies and values
• Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Agile and test-driven development best practices
• Self-manage assigned project priorities and time tracking
• Solve problems with simple, effective, and efficient solutions
• Passionate about learning and expanding knowledge in multiple marketing automation platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• A willingness to constantly learn
• Process-oriented

Proficiency in the following areas is desirable but not required

• HTML email development utilizing best practices and responsive across email clients and devices
• Email campaign implementation utilizing corporate tech stack
• Digital marketing platform campaign execution
• Relational databases (SQL/MySQL)
