Digital Marketing Manager Full Time Remote

Summary/Objective

To represent Nova Recovery Center’s philosophy and standard of providing excellent treatment to all

segments of the public, adhering to professional ethical standards and demeanor, and demonstrating

dedication to recovery and community service. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop,

implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

● Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display

advertising campaigns

● Design, build and maintain Nova Recovery Center social media presence

● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

● Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based insights

● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

● Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

● Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple

channels and customer touch points

● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

where appropriate

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office

equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full time position and the work schedule will be set by the manager.

Travel

This position does require travel to other Nova locations in the State of Texas.

Requirements

● Proven working experience in digital marketing

● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social

media and/or display advertising campaigns

● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns

that engage, inform and motivate

● Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,

WebTrends)

● Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

● Experience in behavioral healthcare strongly preferred

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
