Miami, Florida, Job Description: School Admissions Marketing Specialist
Position Summary: The School Admissions Marketing Specialist is a self-motivated leader responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and increase student enrollment. This role combines expertise in marketing, communication, and admissions to attract prospective families, nurture leads, and enhance the school’s visibility in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals.
Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and event-based strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize efforts for maximum impact.
Brand Management and Communications:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
Collaborate with school leadership to articulate the school’s unique value proposition to prospective families.
Produce engaging content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and videos, to highlight the school’s strengths.
Admissions Support:
Partner with the admissions team to streamline the lead generation and nurturing process.
Organize and promote open houses, tours, and other admission-related events.
Develop and manage a system to track and engage prospective families through the admissions funnel.
Community Engagement:
Build relationships with area luxury condominium residences, local organizations, feeder schools, and community groups to expand outreach efforts.
Represent the school at fairs, conferences, and other community events to promote enrollment.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research to understand the target audience, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and recommend strategies to address challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational or admissions context.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Familiarity with the education industry and admissions processes.
Work Environment:
This role may require evening and weekend work for events and outreach efforts.
