Your Role
We could list all the product designer’s tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that there are as many product organisations as there are companies to have them.
Depending on your profile and career goals, we’ll propose assignments that fit you best.
Our goal is to help you become an outstanding product designer, and it starts by offering you the most exciting opportunities.
In a nutshell, our vision of the job:
Play a leading role in designing the ideal solution for your customers;
Lead the product co-creation with your product Trio (Product Manager and Tech lead) and customers to build the best products.
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including analytics, engineering, and user enablement.
Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer.
Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the product design vision, strategy and key design decisions.
Contribute to the product design community by doing research and producing content and frameworks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of UX/UI working experience.
Experience in small, fast-growing companies and a capacity for independent work.
Motivated, focused, organized, and rigorous in your approach.
Fluent in English and one national language (French or Dutch) within a work environment.
Residing in Belgium with a preference for hybrid office work.
Eagerness to learn and grow
