Design Responsibilities:
Print design
Branding
Graphic design for digital and social advertising
Design thinking
Illustration
Creative collaboration and thinking
Web design
Other duties as needed
Requirements
Proven graphic design experience, at least two years
A strong portfolio of branding, illustrations, and other graphics, demonstrating design thinking capabilities
Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Adobe After Effects is desired, but not required.
Attention to detail and aesthetics
Ability to work within different styles
Strong knowledge of typography
General knowledge of social platforms and best design practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate harmoniously with team members and clients
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
Must have reliable transportation
