Job Purpose:
- The personal assistant serves as the liaison on all matters pertaining to the headmistress office. Therefore they will work closely with all departments and must enjoy working in a collabarative environment that is mission and results driven. They should have strong written and verbal skills communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Experience required:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage
- Experience in School Administration
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Police clearance certificate and meet all safeguarding vetting requirements
Key Performance Areas:
- Managing Diary
- Managing school and events calendar
- Compiling agendas and meeting documentation
- Managing arrangements and interfacing between all entities and Head of school
