Overview

We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist eager to make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging content and driving distribution across multiple channels. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, publish real work, and learn the ins and outs of marketing at a software company.

Details 

• You will be part of a team that communicates regularly throughout the day
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
  Working Hours: 9am-5pm Eastern M-F or as directed by the marketing manager
• Preferred Proximity to Fort Lauderdale, FL, not required
• Active interest in racquet sports a bonus
• Entry-level position with lots of room for growth

Responsibilities will include

• Batch-create and schedule social media posts using templates and themes set by the Marketing Manager.
• Repurpose existing content into new formats, optimized for various platforms.
• Schedule email campaigns using tools like MailChimp, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva to craft visually appealing content for web and social media.
• Contribute to maintaining website content
• Support Sales Team at IRL and virtual events as required
• Contribute to our marketing playbooks and operationalizing internal processes
• Find opportunities for automation in our marketing and sales funnels
• Manage all of the above on your calendar & schedule, reporting progress to Marketing Manager frequently

Qualification and Experience 

To qualify for this role you must:

• Demonstrate solid marketing fundamentals, including Content Creation, Social Media Basics, Analytics & Reporting, Email Marketing, and Audience Understanding
• Have a computer and internet access that allows for quality video calls
• Be ready to work and have fun during your workday
• Like being part of a collaborative team and be unafraid to ask questions
• Want to learn and grow
