• Experience in school estates management
• Certification and clearances that are aligned with working in a school environment

• Strong in systems management
• Strategic budgeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in preventative maintenance
• Ability to implement and manage a maintenance plan
• Project managing building programmes in the school
• Experience in the building trade is important
• Setting up and managing work schedule
• Ensuring all facilities are maintained in a cost-effective manner
• Excellent at problem solving, decision making, and time management
